In 2020 I was hit by a car in Queens, NY, I had some injuries not so serious but required medical attention, I was a couple of weeks in physical therapy until one day while in therapy, my lung was punctured by accident due to a cortisone injection that went directly into my lung, I was hospitalized for a couple of days and fortunately my lung healed. I. A close friend of mine contacted attorney Joshua Pollack who from day one took my case and without hesitation was with me for 3 long years, the time that my lawsuit process lasted. Joshua and his team were very professional in every aspect, I had constant communication with them, they were always there for all my questions, they were very attentive to my medical appointments, some were made by themselves. These years were very distressing and desperation but I always had the confidence and faith that I was in the best hands and that my process was going to be successful and indeed it was, thanks to Joshua and his excellent team, I managed to WIN my lawsuit.
