This law firm was successful to argue during a hearing held on May 15, 2024, before the Workers Compensation Board to have my chief lower back injury case to be amended in order to include medical treatment for my neck. In addition, my attorney was very successful before the board to have my employer insurer accept to schedule me with a medical examination also of my left shoulder with the purpose to have my case amended once again during a subsequent hearing for me to receive treatment of my third body part injury.
