Hello to all, I just wanna say this, this company IS THE BEST PLACE to go to when you’re dealing with workers compensation. They fought for me and my case for about two years but it was worth every second. They care about what happened to you and how they can help your situation! A family friend recommended me this company and I can go on forever saying how appreciative I am that this company defended me and went at bat for me until I got what I deserved! I suffered from a concussion that led me to be out of work for 4-6 months. I lost so many checks due to being out for so long but they promised me results and I got the results I didn’t even think I can possible receive!! Even though my case did not come to a conclusion yet I already consider myself blessed to be represented by this Law Firm. A Worker’s Compensation Case is not only legally complicated and intensive but can also cause distress and emotions for the one with the injury. I don't know how to review my experience. I followed my lawyers advice and turned down the first offer from workman's comp expecting the second offer to be a little better. After not hearing back from W.C. 6 months later I decided to call on my own. After talking with my comp caseworker she informed me that the offer was lowered by $7,000. After hearing that I was extremely SHOCKED and DISAPPOINTED. I'm not sure if this was normal but what I am sure of is if I was informed earlier that lowering my offer might happen instead I would have NEVER tried negotiating and taken the first settlement offer. My case was unique because it was 20 year ago the accident happened and usually cases are settled sooner. Still shaking my head on why this happened but otherwise the attorney's are VERY warm nice and professional....
