I’m writing this review hoping MAYBE.. they will call me back LOL. I’ve left dozens of voicemails and sent another dozen emails to the paralegal assigned to my case , takes her 6 weeks to respond . After an entire year , I finally got a hearing . I called the day before to touch base and was told every lawyer was unavailable. Finally spoke to “somebody “and was told my case is very strong and most likely will not go to trial . The morning hearing went on without me and no one called me after. I called in the afternoon and nobody was available to speak to me about what happened at the hearing , was told somebody would call in the morning . Ha! Yea ..right . I had to call THEM !They couldn’t establish my body part and I have to go to trial .They cannot explain to me what happened !!!Could you believe this ?The leading workman comp firm is completely incompetent .They ensured me an attorney will call me to explain what happened .That was a week ago . I’d love to show up at their office but I’m bed ridden from my work related injury . I hope this review helps and maybe one of the gentlemen’s name that represents this firm reads this and is disgusted with the management .

Kevin Walsh and team was the best. I didn't have to deal with workers comp at all. Reason I retained them as it is a very difficult process especially when you live out of state. He negotiated everything and got me a good and fair settlement. Thwy fought for me and got me what I needed medically. I would recommend them to anyone I know in New York. Anais Cora was my paralegal throughout this whole process and was amazing do deal with. Always there if I had a question that I didn't understand . Amazing woman. Never got back to me. My case is always at the bottom of their priority list. It's EXTREMELY depressing to see that no matter where you go, you are just a number. 😐

Cindy Medina was extremely knowledgeable in helping me navigate thru the 2 year workman’s comp process. Given the extent of my arduous injuries, there was a comfort to know that when there were questions regarding the case, Cindy was always available to assist in a timely fashion.
