My experience was a pleasant and professional. My paralegal Rosemary Rosa was the reason. She always had the answers to everything and if she wasn’t sure she always got back to me. Her explanations were easy to understand but detailed. Her knowledge of the process was impeccable. Rosemary was always very kind and understanding. I had no contact with my attorney. I never needed to.Rosemary handled everything aspect of my case perfectly and in a timely manner And was fully informed about every possible situation that would occur. I would highly recommend this firm and she is the reason. The reception staff was also helpful and friendly. But Miss Rosa is the reason I was approved for my disability without any problems

Paralegals do not call you back, not all but most. They had numerous years to have my case in order for court hearings, and when I finally got my hearing date, my attorney showed up to court with absolutely no documentation for my hearing! So my next court date was pushed back for another 3-4 months. Unfortunately I am still waiting now for my hearing. Ridiculousness, I do not recommend this law firm.

Stay away!!! Paralegals are rude/unprofessional/hostile and have no empathy or sympathy. You never receive call backs. Never any lawyers to speak too. You’re assigned any random attorney during hearings who never know your case fully, No consistency or actual help. All the different attorneys give different feedback which ultimately screwed up my case. The few times I got help was when I would complain to an office manager called Edgar... Would NOT recommend!!!

Very helpful, very informative, and they go far and beyond to get you the money you deserve. They've helped me with three of my cases and i must say I've been please with the results. It's also good to know they not only have offices in NYC but also in Middletown NY as well as in New Windsor. Definitely recommend their services.
