Taking care of everything to ensure that all I needed to do was work to ramp up my business. He also advised me when I was unsure of things pertaining to the seller. I have known Damon for quite some time and when I needed the services of an attorney to help with a dispute with a former landlord, Damon delivered. The former landlord failed to pay my roommate and I our security deposit back. Damon felt we had a very strong case and his recommendation of mediation paid off as we received a judgement for 95% of our initial security deposit. My roommate and I watched Damon in person as he pleaded our case and successfully refuted our old landlord's attorney claims.
