My experience with Mr Goldenstein was that he was extremely rude, fast-paced, and at no point strove to help me understand the process. I regret retaining the firms’ services immensely. as I recall, the only “compassion” I experienced throughout the process was from his assistant, who was immensely helpful and patient.

Unfortunately I have been divorced twice and over the years was represented by 4 different attorneys. Kim, by far, was over and above the others that I had. She was my only attorney for my 2nd divorce and I cannot express how well spent the money was. She knows the laws and TRULY cares for her clients and does not back down. She is strong and vocal when she needs to be and laid back as well. She follows up on things and keeps in touch with you. She takes the time to explain everything to you and goes out of her way to try and right any wrongs. The confidence and trust I have in her to do whats right by me is immeasurable. I was completely at ease with her by my side and you cannot put a value on that! I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a competent, aggressive, highly intelligent attorney that represents her clients to the utmost of her abilities! BTW, I know with such praise you might think Im related to her but Im not! Shes actually a wonderful attorney!

I knew I needed a bad ass lawyer in my tough divorce/custody case. Also one who was certified in New York and New Jersey. When I met with Kim, I knew she was the one. She listened, understood what I needed and answered any and all questions I had. She is no nonsense, tenacious in the court room and will not accept losing as an option. I am so glad she is on my side!!!

Ms. Rayner provided fierce advocacy for my position in a contentious divorce case. While we eventually proposed and accepted a settlement, we had begun trial proceedings and it was readily apparent that the other side was completely overwhelmed by her. If I could make one criticism of Ms. Rayner's work for me, it is only that she be more attentive to her clients' need to communicate and discuss relevant issues; she was often too busy to communicate outside of court meetings.

Kim was a strong and effective advocate for me.The court clearly respected her representation of my case.In addition to her excellent legal skills and many years of experience Kim is a very warm and a compassionate person.I would highly recommend Kim if you need the services of a highly professional attorney.

I hired Ms. Raynor to handle my messy, contentious divorce and other family petition issues. She is exceptionally adept at making this whole scary process easy to understand and manageable.
