Excellent Law Firm with caring, knowledgeable employees

Kim Rayner is an experienced lawyer who represented me in my divorce case. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field. The divorce was a most awful experience and Kim remained attentive to my needs and that of my family. She is calm and confident in the court room as she advocates for her client. Kim kept on top of my case as my ex was not being compliant. She helped expedite the judicial process and divorce was final in a year. I could not have asked for a better lawyer! Would highly recommend Kim Rayner!

I feel like it was divine intervention finding Kim to represent me in my custody case. Kim is very skilled, professional and truly does fight for her clients. I cannot say enough about Ms. Rayner and her ability to strategize and litigate. While I was focused on the immediate road ahead, Ms. Rayner saw what twists and turns awaited months down the road and positioned me for success when everything seemed as though it would fail. There is something to be said for hiring experience. There is something to be said for hiring intelligence. There is something to be said for hiring confidence. Nobody truly "wins" in a divorce. Both parties are left bruised from the battle....and both parties have times of triumph and times of loss. Ms. Rayner stayed true to me, true to my case and true to the law in conducting herself with the utmost professionalism. She was tactical in her approach and proved that sometimes the best action was inaction, simply put, the best offense is sometimes the best defense. I can say, without an ounce of doubt or regret, that one of the smartest decisions I have ever made was hiring Kim Rayner. I have more than benefited from Kim's legal prowess regarding issues of custody, visitation, and child support. In the courtroom, Ms. Rayner makes sure that all valid points are heard and understood by the judge. A client can trust that all procedures will be followed and that there is nothing erroneous to worry about; you can be assured of proper filing/protocol/you name it. In addition, Kim considers the fact that good legal service is not inexpensive. She will never waste your money by venturing down fruitless legal paths. She knows the law and what the law will allow or prohibit. She delivers always. It is important to know that her office is exceptionally knowledgeable as well as helpful.
