Joe Hy from Wine Trail Properties was behind me all the way when it came time for me to sell my 2 unit apartment property. He was on top of every detail and often took charge of aspects of the sale that I wouldn't even have thought of. He stayed in regular communication with me and I always knew what was going on. He worked hard to sell my place, and everything went like clockwork. I have high regards for Joe. He's someone that you would be very satisfied to have as your realtor.

Austin from Wine Trail Properties was incredible to work with. He was very proactive in our house search, available when we needed him, and gave new ideas to us along the way. He is a great resource beyond just purchasing the house, to referrals for house work, contractors, and such.

Joe did a great job helping us buy a rental property. My experience was very smooth, as he did so much work behind the scenes. At closing, I realized how much he had done during the process. From helping me set up a home inspection to communicating with my attorney to keep the process moving along promptly, Joe handled several steps in the buying process that would have otherwise caused stress for us (or at least, more work for us). I especially liked his weekly updates telling us what, if anything, had happened in the process that week or if we needed to do anything at that point. Joe keeps a cool head and is very professional.

I worked with Joe Hy, who helped me buy my first home. He was great, i could not have asked for a better realtor. He was friendly, very responsive, and helped answer all my questions along the way. I doubt i would have been able to make it happen without him.

I have personally worked with Jesse at Wine Trail Properies. I started back in 2014, finally made a purchase in 2020 and just made a sale in 2024. Jesse stuck with me the entire time and made me feel like I had someone local on my side (I live out of state). Beyond this, Jesse is homegrown in the Finger Lakes region and has unlimited relationships, knowledge, care and relatability to what a prospective buyer/seller may want. When I come back to the region again, Jesse will be the first person I reach out to.

Working with Seth was an outstanding experience. He really put us at ease with his extensive knowledge of the area. He was able to find us the perfect house. Throughout the process, we were kept fully informed and he patiently answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to get the closing finalized. We could not be happier with our experience and would definitely recommend Seth to anyone looking in the Finger Lakes!

He knew exactly what to price my home at so that I received multiple offers above asking price the day that it went on the market. He was professional and took time to answer all of my questions. I will be using him in the future.
