We purchased and sold a property with Austin, and we could not have been more pleased with the entire process. We purchased first. Our first walkthrough was met with helpful information on the property, and absolutely zero pressure to submit an offer. We didn’t leave the showing with the impression that we needed to decide immediately, which made the process comfortable. Our second walkthrough was equally great, and we left feeling confident in our choice to submit an offer, again, with zero pressure from Austin. No real estate transaction is perfect, but Austin was there to make sure we were happy throughout the entire process, and any little hiccup was met with service that went above and beyond. We were able to close in just 5 weeks! When it came time to sell our house, we had lost power the day his photographer was scheduled to come. When the power came back, Austin was able to get a rush order on photos (his photographer did such a beautiful job representing our previous home, 100% recommend!) and our listing still went live as scheduled. He advertised and represented our property with care, and it sold in less than a week. There are so many realtors to choose from, and the level of care we found with Austin is just unmatched.

Starting from raw land was a big undertaking. Being new to the area I really needed some local help. Working with Seth was well beyond what I had hoped for. He's got experience with the local laws and codes, has developed properties, managed them, knows the local contractors and walked me through step-by-step everything I could've asked for to get fully up and running. Having him as a consultant answered questions in minutes rather than days of research it would've required for me to do.
