The worst. They made me sign documents without me knowing what I was signing. And I am still waiting to get my mediation. Which I haven’t received nothing. no explanation at all. But I won’t stop till this gets resolved

Anything with 5 stars must be fake. I too payed for the expedited package, everything was good at first then they ghost you. And it’s impossible to get through to someone. It been an almost a year since I got my last set of documents. I just disputed and got my money back. I recommend everyone to do the same.

Beware, this website is no longer in business!!! Mark will email and text you initially and then disappear after you pay. I ended up disputing the charges and got my money back. DO NOT waste your time. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ezdivorce serves as a Deplorable service, inefficiency, and lack of communication. Messages left for the past three months have not been responded to. I want my money back. Based on my experience, this company is a scam, and the authorities must investigate them. As soon as you pay for the service, that's it—no more communication. I advise others seeking a divorce not to use this service, or you will be disappointed. Zero ratings.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Communication great prior to and after Payment is received. I sent requested information back in February and then again in May, no response since! Anytime you contact customer service, Mark is always, "On the Other Line". Suddenly, all of their contacts are no longer in service. Luckily, I was able to dispute charges and get a full refund. I would recommend to those that have not receive your paperwork to do the same or file a Civil Suit. The way they are conducting business is unethical!

Mark Kiss (owner) was so responsive initially, after he gets paid for his services he will ignore you. Over the last two months I have not heard from him, he does not answer calls, emails or text. It seems to be a one man operation, all messages go to a call center. Total scam! Do not do business with this company!!

Still no contact. I have given up on calling but I might try again this week. I have emailed quite a bit, no response. I'm so distraught. I just don't understand why there is no reply to anything. I have been kind and patient. I didn't do anything to be taken advantage of and treated so poorly. Mark should be ashamed of himself for doing this to people who have trusted him.

Terrible experience, I paid for expedited service; it's been almost 3 weeks and I can't even receive an email or phone call back after leaving countless messages and emails.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This service is a scam. Took my money and the first part of the paperwork was pretty quick. Mark then took over a month to get back to me. I got the second part of my paperwork done, and it has now been almost 2 months. I call about twice a week and never get a call back. I email, don't get a response. Complete scam, not easy at all.

Anyone know how to get a refund? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Takes your $ then zero replies. Same scenario as last 3 reviews below. Impossible to get a reply on anything. Filing civil suit for refund is only option at this point. Update 7/11 never got a reply or call. Somehow Mark replies to these reviews with lies but cant handle normal business replies.

Started off Happy but Current Extremely Disappointed: Contacted EZDivorce in Feb of 2024. Initially, the response time to my inquiries was quickly (especially before I paid anything and after payment was received when they started gathering my information). Since May, I have left several messages through their answering services, have attempted to connect with them via online chat, and have sent emails with no response. As of my last outreach on 6/23/24, I have not received a callback, an email, etc. Their answering service is no help. My suggestion is when you are looking for someone to help you prepare your divorce, higher an attorney directly or make sure you can actually call an office and speak to someone (not a third party answering service who claims they have no other way to reach EZ Divorce but by the same methods you are trying). Update as of 7/25/24 Spoke to Mark on 7/12 and was told I would be receiving my next set of documents. It will be two weeks tomorrow, and nothing. I am now requesting a refund and I'm not going to stop posting, complaining, etc. until I get my money back. Oh and I was told that they recently changed numbers which was why my calls weren't going through. I called, emailed, left message on your answering service, and used the online chat. The online chat eventually worked and got me the call back on 7/12 but now that appears to no longer work either though the website shows a green button as if someone is available to chat online.
