After I made payment and sent my sensitive information. No one got back to me. They did call me back at first but later after I provided my personal information I failed to get contact with them. I called during business hours and tried to stop them from access my documents. I had to stop my bank account from being charged.

After filling out the online questionnaires and made my payment, I regretted and requested a refund. But they refused. I feel I lost $500 on the street and they earn $500 without doing anything.
