Brutal experience. Overcharged and didn't do anything he told me he would do. Spent way too much of my time to not get my time properly respected. There are plenty of other more suitable options in the area, I suggest looking elsewhere. too bad leaving 0 stars isn't an option.

When I first met John Ventosa I thought my life was over. I was facing two DUIs and a felony possession charge. I felt ashamed, alone, and afraid. John gave me hope when I had none. From the moment I spoke to John I knew that he was exactly the person I wanted on my side when I had to face the prosecutor and the judge. His confidence and passion for the law made me feel safe and I knew that I was in the right hands. You are never alone when you have John Ventosa on your side. Mr. Ventosa was very aggressive with my case. When the cops tried to re arrest me for the possession charge he immediately emailed the DA and the arresting officer and kept me out of jail. He told me exactly what his plan was from the very beginning and was confident that he would be able to get a deal in my favor. While this made me feel better, I still had my doubts. John didn’t just care about winning the case, he cared about my well being and constantly asked me what he could do to help me better myself. We both agreed that rehab would be in my best interest. While I was in rehab John took care of everything for me and constantly kept me updated on the case. In the end John was able to get me the deal of a lifetime. After doing only 100 hours of community service (which John helped me find) I was given an adjournment for contemplation of dismissal (ACD) for all charges. Never in a million years did I think I would get out of this without doing some jail time or at least probation. Even the judge told me to thank my lawyer for doing such a good job. Thanks to Mr. Ventosa I still have a license, a car, a job, a clean record, and 6 months sober. Mr. Ventosa has given me a second chance at life and I am forever great full for that. If you ever find yourself in a place where you think your life is over, John Ventosa is the person to call. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.
