Todd was directed to represent my daughter by the Public Defender's office in Poughkeepsie, NY. He represented my daughter on burglary charges. He worked with my daughter as she wound her way through the legal maze and was interviewed by the ADA. He was instrumental in getting the best "deal" he could for my daughter, especially considering the number of counts. Todd made it clear my daughter was his client, not her mother or myself. Even so, Todd kept us abreast of all aspects of the case along with the various options my daughter had to consider. My only somewhat negative comment, and it really isn't negative at all, is that Todd could use some help in his practice. All in all, he was easy to communicate with and did a great job of explaining the legalize to my daughter and to her parents.
