I got a speeding ticket on the Belt Parkway near JFK. A good friend of mine is an attorney in Suffolk County so I asked him what to do. He recommended Mr Alpert. I couldn't be happier. I just received a letter today saying my case was dismissed. It was postponed twice and Mr Aplert's office communicated that to me and appeared on my behalf. The fee was fair and did not change with multiple court appearances. I did not have to appear at all. Can't say how happy I am. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Aplert's office without reservation.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Randy over a recent traffic ticket. He was so helpful every step of the way and helped to get my ticket dismissed. Randy Alpert's team is on point. I had a 30+ speeding ticket pre covid and Randy was able to get it dismissed. I'm in shock he was able to do this. It took a long 5 years of going back and forth with the courts but he managed to do it. At points I forgot about the ticket and would email Randy's team for a status check and they always responded on time and assured I'm in good hands. I highly recommend Randy Alpert's services.

THE GOAT!!!!! He dismissed my speeding ticket of going 80 in a 50 on the LIE. 6 points on my license avoided. Always keep in contact with me for updates on the case. He is somewhat pricey but is worth it. I'd instead save my license with a great lawyer who deserves every dollar than pay the points and the government fees—definitely coming back to him and referring him to friends and family!

I was stop buy a trooper in upstate ny 3 hours away from city. I contact lawyer randy s alpert. Action speak louder than words, in less than a week my charge were dismissed. The 4 point in my license was remove. You have a problem with traffic law pr anything call randy s alpert. The staff very professional and they always call you to inform you about the case.
