If i can leave zero stars I would. My boyfriend has an ongoing criminal case. And he had never heard from any of your attorneys not a single call. He discovered the name of his assigned attorney his last court date in september. He has the office number and has then tried to contact her but she never picks up. Ms Jennifer Bacon is the most unreliable attorney she didnt show up the first court date. And he is now at his second court date 2 months later and she didnt show up as well. Because of her fault this could have terrible consequences. We have tried to reach her so mant times. And we even tried to reach the receptionist office and no answer. Very unprofessional law firm. If you unfortunately get assigned to them as your public defender i am so sorry they are so incompetent and the worst. Thanks for nothing

Mr. Rosenfeld is very well versed in the NY State Tenants-Landlords law, to the point of anticipating ahead many "tricks" in the book. His advice helped me a lot and his prices are reasonable. There is place for improvement in communications.

I have an immigration case with another lawyer. I visited Ms. Svetlana office to talk about options. She patiently listened to me, answered all my questions and gave me her honest advises. Seth Rosenfeld and his staff assisted my parents to remove a tenant that did not pay rent for over 2 years. Without their assistance and guidance that tenant would still be an issue for my parents. My parents are grateful for Mr. Rosenfeld's time and commitment to their case and can finally live in peace due to this law firm's dedication.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SPEAKING TO SETH ROSENFELD. He will call you the first day, sounds like he will do the job, take your money and then do nothing. Seth never returns calls after he gets your credit card. Sloppy work, even filed improper paper work that resulted in rejection from the judge. Paperwork had to be refiled and wait another month to be looked at. I have been a landlord for 30+ years and have never seen such sloppy, shoddy work. Wish I could give a rating with zero stars.

In November 2022 I contacted Mr. Rosenfeld about a tenant who is abusive and had even harmed my dog. Mr. Rosenfeld wasted no time bringing this tenant to court. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Mr. Rosenfeld. The tenant was evicted and all my other tenants are a lot happier. I am happier too. I certainly recommend this firm.

Seth was attentive and cared a lot. He didn’t hesitate to put in extra work to help us get non paying tenants out. He managed in record time we were surprised and highly recommend him to all.
