Tim made himself available all the time, whether it was by phone or email, he was always very quick to respond to all of our inquiries. He came highly recommended from our realtor and he most certainly lived up to the hype. He explained every form in great detail so we knew exactly what we were signing and why. He also found several discrepancies in paperwork (on the part of outside agencies involved with the transaction) that he remedied immediately.
We would most definitely work with Tim again. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Tim really made this experience so incredibly smooth.. during a pandemic he was working from home and office always responsive within minutes! Direct phone calls too never even had to leave a voicemail for a call back. He took care of any of the tasks that i was unable to get to or preferred his help. What a great guy! You can tell he is business through and through you will never have a doubt with Tim!

James set up my LLC for me in early 2020. It was hard to go in for the initial consultation so he kindly answered all of my questions over the phone. My meeting to get the ball rolling was quick & seamless! He took care of everything for me, answered my questions & followed up with me throughout the process.
