We worked with Tim Sardone, Esquire to draft our will, health care proxies, and power of attorney documents. He made a complicated process as easy as possible by asking us to provide background information ahead of our in person meeting. At our meeting to sign the documents, Tim was very thorough, in addition to being very courteous and professional. My husband had a lot of questions. Tim took the time to explain every document and conveyed complex terms in a simple manner. We did not feel pressured or rushed. My husband and I recently closed on our dream home and Mr. Spatorico was the lender's counsel. Where do I start, with telling my experience with this Fine Young, Brilliant attorney Lindsey Pieper...I am in my mid Sixties and currently reside in Florida, I grew up in Roch, NY and lived there for over 50 years. I had problems with child support after losing my employment with a large Rochester Co....My license was suspended and basically my life a mess! Whenever I secured employment my wages were attached and child support paid which was a good thing...I just could never reach an agreement because wages changed situations changed..After residing in Fl..I tried to secure my Driving Privileges ..NY Lawyers as well as Fl lawyers just could not bring it home!!!
