I could not have asked for a better lawyer with my situation. She was more than helpful explaining everything I was going to face and answered every single question I had. At any time on top of that, she is great at communicating and responding to what ever you throw at her. She always made me feel comfortable when I was nervous and the way she handled the court room you knew her skills and knowledge were just as comforting. She was completely dedicated to my case and worked extremely hard to give me the outcome I was looking for. Her focus and persistence is what got me there and I could not recommend anyone better.

As soon as my retainer was signed and paid Ms. Vanderbook continually failed to communicate and update me on my case. She was unreachable for days at a time and was never on time for court appearances and appointments. Ms. Vanderbook always seemed to have plenty of time to chat with the attorneys on her floor, go out to lunch, roll in to the office late, but never enough time to focus on my case.

Tim was right on time!! I signed a purchase agreement on a property in Rochester, sent my Attorney the documents but what I did not know is that my Attorney did not do closings in the Rochester area. Needless to say, I was in urgent need of a Rochester real estate attorney to represent me, so I googled and ran across Tim Sardone. I emailed him after business hours on Friday and to my surprise he emailed me back the very next morning. After explaining my situation to Tim, he did not hesitate to represent me. Tim was honest, upfront, charged a reasonable fee and he was just a phone call away to answer any questions I had. I would recommend him a thousand times over.

It is without reservation that I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Sardone as your attorney to handle the sale of any business. His integrity and concern for his client is second to none. He truly puts the client's needs, wishes and interest before anything else. He was definitely my advocate when dealing with the other attorney and our broker. His concern for doing what was right and honest is what made this transaction good for both myself and the buyer. I was so impressed with how he managed the sale of my business, that I contacted him for the sale of my home and purchase of my new home. Every detail was perfect in all 4 transactions. What was most remarkable, was that Mr. Sardone gave me a flat fee for the office sale. The time expected was significantly extended due to the buyer's attorney, bankers and brokers and I was expecting to have a much higher attorney cost at closing. When reviewing the closing statement, he estimated the true cost of the transaction which was significantly different than our agreed upon fee. He only charged what he originally stated and would not accept more. For how well he handled all transactions simultaneously, I am truly grateful I had the opportunity to work with Tim. Frank Ciardi did not give me quality service in court. I had been in a minut custodial battle with my ex for about back and fourth for years. I went to court alone most of the time and I handled most of my family court case on my own. I moved out of town and had to come back and fourth for court. While I needed to attend to some family matters back home out of New York State. At the end of my rope, I then hired Frank to wrap up the final details of this facetious battle brought by the other parent that had drained me. Frank was hired just to show in my absence and adhering to court request of filing a few document and submitting one order to the courts. He not only came to court late, his clothes were sloppy and nasty hair. He was even worst in court, very agrumentive with the judge and never submitted the orders the judge requested. He refuse to cooperate with me or the courts. I didn't know he had prior experience of being a complete mess in court. He took my money prior to him representing me because his lack of responsiveness and failure to do his job it put me in my kids in a financial strain. I called him on his office phone ,and cell phone no answer. The final time I spoke to Frank told me he,his wife and kids were on vacation with my money. This went on for a year. The lack of professionalism the disrespect for the judge an refusing to follow judge orders, the failure to file paperwork timely or at all on my behalf, the lack of respect toward my kids and I , the lies, the refusal to give me my money back after never representing me. He definitely has no respect for the opposite race or women. Then I filed an complaint with higher courts. I was told the courts couldn't release the results of this information. Please don't spend your money on having this guy represent you he's a joke.
