We would highly recommend Tim. We moved out of state and he handled every issue that came up, keeping us informed in a timely manner. We weren't able to be at closing and Tim took care of that also. I've used other lawyers but none were as easy to get ahold of. Don't hesitate having Tim as your attorney he definitely earns his fee. Thank you Tim for all your help.

Tim was great to work with! Everything was done in a timely manner, and he was able to help me make sense of the closing process. He was more than available, I was in constant communication in the last few weeks made me feel as if somebody was on my side. I feel as though I more than got my money's worth with the flat rate closing cost. I plan on using him for my will and other services he provides in the future, and would recommend him to friends and family.

Tim was great! My anxiety levels were at one of the highest points I have experienced due to closing on my first house. Tim was my point of contact from start to finish with the legal aspect of the closing. Every communication I received was directly from him! I would recommend Tim to be ANYONEs closing attorney in the Greater Rochester Area.
