My husband and I recently closed on our dream home and Mr. Spatorico was the lender's counsel. Unfortunately there was a mistake in our closing paperwork that was missed by all parties involved that resulted in quite a large financial burden to us. After one email, Mr. Spatorico took charge of the situation and it was handled immediately, personally reaching out to myself and assuring us that if there was anything further we needed to let him know. Mr. Spatorico's character would be exemplary any day - but especially in light of the current crisis we find ourselves in during this pandemic - his responsiveness and willingness to jump in to help was beyond gracious. I look forward to working with Pheterson Spatorico in any future endeavors I may need legal representation and would recommend this office highly!!!

Where do I start, with telling my experience with this Fine Young, Brilliant attorney Lindsey Pieper...I am in my mid Sixties and currently reside in Florida, I grew up in Roch, NY and lived there for over 50 years. I had problems with child support after losing my employment with a large Rochester Co....My license was suspended and basically my life a mess! Whenever I secured employment my wages were attached and child support paid which was a good thing...I just could never reach an agreement because wages changed situations changed..After residing in Fl..I tried to secure my Driving Privileges ..NY Lawyers as well as Fl lawyers just could not bring it home!!! A friend recommended Lindsey...WOW in 1 month she helped me SECURE MY LICENSE, oh and modified my Social Security Benefits to satisfy Child Support with an acceptable agreement.....I never witnessed anyone so talented and understanding, and knowledgeable and able to get me back on track!!! I recommend Lindsey to anyone who needs help!! My only regret is not finding you years earlier lol......Thank you Lindsey for all you have done, you are a credit to the Legal Profession, your ethic and professionalism is SECOND TO NONE.....Thanks so much!!

Frank Ciardi and his staff have been wonderful to work with from start to finish. My DUI case was settled promptly and Frank advised me with obvious investment in the outcome of this case on the rest of my life. We were able to settle with a DUAI and maintain my license at the DMV so I was able to go to work, take my child to school, etc. When Frank is not available, his staff attended my needs immediately and with care. Communication from his office has always been wonderful. I could not recommend someone more highly if you are in need of a lawyer.

First off the other post was from a family friend. This is me Frank Ciardi and you can cut the charades. You know how we met first off, you were hired by the buyer. Second when I first spoke with you, you claimed that you had an open schedule but yet when I called to find out if you received anything from the buyer's attorney, I was told you were unavailable because you were at trial. I was told that your paralegal handled the real estate for you anyways and I was informed to contact him. For 2 days I couldn't get in contact with you or him and I left messages for both of you to call me back. Jeremy finally answered on the 3rd day and the contract was received by the office and sent to him. Neither you or Jeremy did anything except I was told you would be at the closing and I didn't need to be there. I let Jeremy know that I would be there and I never met you all this time you might as well not be there. As far as my mother not knowing she was contacted during the closing . You assumed because where I chose to cash my check wasn't up to par I guess with you because I got the runaround from you about cashing the check out of the bank your account was out of. At the closing you stated the check would come out of the Canandaigua trust bank but all of a sudden it was out of M&T bank. My mother needed things taken care of asap certain bills and plus her vehicle needed repairs. You are a shrewd business man and a huge liar. Your communication skills were horrible and all that you and the other attorney tried to pull with my mother, she fired him and I'm her power of attorney again as of February 17, 2020. Your time is coming to be investigated trust and believe that and I have all the paperwork I need to back me up. You are just talking, but remember the closing date was 02/06/2020 and the revocation that was put in was on the 10th of February 2020 so you're an attorney right? How's that invalid just a whole bunch of trumped up lies to try to cover up more lies that all will get exposed. Believe that!!!

Terrible experience for my family. Frank's reputation definitely succeeds him. I was indeed overwhelmed by the reviews and track record until he swindled my family out of money due to a home sale. Channel 10 as well as The Bar Association is investigating him and the nail in the coffin is the inconsistency in paperwork that we have that he produced. I would recommend Frank Ciardi to any one and everyone that I can! He spoke to me like a human being rather than a delinquent (every other attorney I spoke to in the process spoke down to me). He took his time with me, getting each and every detail of my case and explained everything to me in terms which I understood. Prior to Frank's help I was offered a year long process of Drug Court which was only offered on one morning of the week, which would not be obtainable with my full time job. Last and most definitely not least, Frank accompanied me to court ONE time and got my 2 misteminors and 3 tickets, reduced to 2 violations. I couldn't be happier with my outcome and I couldn't be any more thankful for Frank.

James Egan saved my son's life. My son was facing three years in prison for a gun charge in Ontario County. James got the felonies dropped to a misdemeanor and my son was sentenced to probation. James listened to and believed in my son from the beginning. He was available to talk and answer questions whenever we needed him. I am so glad that we chose him.
