We are SO glad we went with Tim as our attorney for our first home buying process. He made the legal piece so simple and smooth and was exceptional in communicating quickly and thoroughly. As first time buyers, we needed pretty much every piece explained and he had all the answers in terms us non-legal folks could understand. Tim was great! My anxiety levels were at one of the highest points I have experienced due to closing on my first house. Tim was my point of contact from start to finish with the legal aspect of the closing. Every communication I received was directly from him! I would recommend Tim to be ANYONEs closing attorney in the Greater Rochester Area.
