I'm so grateful and thankful for the Law office of James Riotto and his staff. I had the pleasure of having Nurdan K assigned to my case and she is the absolute BEST!! They helped me out of a HUGE JAM and the weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I leave this comment with no hesitation. Eternally grateful. Easy 5 STARS!!

I drive truck for living, I got two tickets, to me it’s serious tickets, I called MR James .L Riotto’s office, immediately discussed my case with me and advised me of the next steps..not they were able to reduce it ،but instead they dismissed it with no points on my CDL ..they treat you with respect and they follow up with your case and let you know of any updates.. best of the best .top notch service.. thnx a lot MS Nikalina..

I'm sooooo thankful for the Law office of James Riotta. His staff is great and I had the pleasure of having Nurdan K. assigned to my case. She is the BEST!!! The whole experience with this firm was A-1 and I really appreciated all they did for me. They helped me greatly. I can sleep better at night knowing this issue has been resolved.

My experience with The Law Office of James L. Riotto could not have been better. From the time I hired the firm and until finished the Legal assistant Destinee kept me informed and updated on my case. The Lawyer who was assigned to my case Mr. Swift handled my case perfectly and was able to have the charge against me completely dismissed! I highly recommend this law firm.

The James Riotto law firm was recommended to us by word of mouth. Isabelle represented us in a traffic matter and secured a plea deal promptly. The firm was professional, communicated promptly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Although the traffic matter was a minor incident, I felt they treated us like a priority. I highly recommend!

David Polito takes a personal interest in your situation. He goes above and beyond to thoroughly give you the best outstanding advice. He is a family man and treats you like family. Let me tell you he always answers your calls. He recently one late evening took time away from his very own family while they were snow tubing to talk with me regarding a serious legal matter.
He has also handled prior legal affairs with a positive outcome!

The attorneys at the Riotto firm were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as I worked with them in a matter in which I had zero experience. Their professionalism yes sincerity and efforts of communication truly set them above the rest. I would hesitate to use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at this office. They were able to fight the charges that I didn't know how to get rid of and work with the DMV on my behalf. Destinee answered all my questions and really worked to communicate well with both me and the DMV and get answers quickly. Very happy with the results.
