I have worked with David and sent many ppl to him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and up front. He never leads you on about what he can do. Everyone I have referred to him has been very satisfied. David works very hard at making sure he has the best possible outcome of any case! He will always be my lawyer.

I was stopped by a trooper who stated I was going 84 mph in a 40 zone (I was In a 55 and not going *quite* that fast) which is an 11 point ticket that when convicted would result in a license suspension. The law office of James L. Risotto was able to negotiate dropping the charge down to only 49 mph in a 40 zone which is only three points. They also were able to get the uninspected motor vehicle charge dropped. I am quite pleased with their work. Throughout the process the paralegal I worked with was friendly, polite and professional. I felt at ease through the whole process.

I drive truck for living, I got two tickets, to me it’s serious tickets, I called MR James .L Riotto’s office, immediately discussed my case with me and advised me of the next steps..not they were able to reduce it ،but instead they dismissed it with no points on my CDL ..they treat you with respect and they follow up with your case and let you know of any updates.. best of the best .top notch service.. thnx a lot MS Nikalina..

The James Riotto law firm was recommended to us by word of mouth. Isabelle represented us in a traffic matter and secured a plea deal promptly. The firm was professional, communicated promptly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Although the traffic matter was a minor incident, I felt they treated us like a priority.
