David Polito takes a personal interest in your situation. He goes above and beyond to thoroughly give you the best outstanding advice. He is a family man and treats you like family. Let me tell you he always answers your calls. He recently one late evening took time away from his very own family while they were snow tubing to talk with me regarding a serious legal matter.
He has also handled prior legal affairs with a positive outcome!

The attorneys at the Riotto firm were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as I worked with them in a matter in which I had zero experience. Their professionalism yes sincerity and efforts of communication truly set them above the rest. I would hesitate to use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at this office. They were able to fight the charges that I didn't know how to get rid of and work with the DMV on my behalf. Destinee answered all my questions and really worked to communicate well with both me and the DMV and get answers quickly. Very happy with the results.

Took my money with no intention of ever doing anything for me nor did they ever produce any result. No follow-up unless I asked for it and even then I would not always even get a response. I'd give zero stars if I could.

They are nice and responsive. But based on my case result, they are not as promising as they claim.
It was my first time getting a traffic violation and the time on the violation was wrong. It should be an easy case to dispute. As a result, I still had to pay 250 for the penalty and got 2 points. I should have disputed myself.
