The law clerks and lawyers for this firm did an outstanding job explaining my situation and what was needed to help me in such a difficult time. They do not overcharge and will explain how their efforts will potentially produce results. Took my money with no intention of ever doing anything for me nor did they ever produce any result. No follow-up unless I asked for it and even then I would not always even get a response. I'd give zero stars if I could.

They are nice and responsive. But based on my case result, they are not as promising as they claim.
It was my first time getting a traffic violation and the time on the violation was wrong. It should be an easy case to dispute. As a result, I still had to pay 250 for the penalty and got 2 points. I should have disputed myself.
