I was issued a 6 point traffic violation in Halfmoon, NY. I called Mr. Riotto's office for help with fighting the ticket. The office agreed to help me with my case, and got the matter reduced to a 0 point violation. Staff were friendly and kept me updated on the case. The process was simple. I never needed to show up for court.

Highly recommend they are very responsive was always able to get in touch with them James always called to update me on my case and Lindsey was very professional and always explained everything to me in the court proceedings and even when the district attorney wanted to play hard ball they never gave up and ended up finding a way to get the results I was looking for!!!

James and his staff are very courteous and professional. He stayed in constant communication and kept me aware of every step in my court process. Yes, I had a very FAVORABLE outcome. Horrible experience, was first told that almost anything is possible as far as getting a ticket reduced. Later on when the ticket was reduced I called ONLY to ask some follow ups about if anything else can be done, at that point the tone COMPLETELY changed. From "anything is certainly possible" to "Oh in that county this is the only reduction they offer." A couple weeks later I used their online chat to ask a question about how to pay online, Amanda was rude and said she would forward my question to the lawyers and then ended chat abruptly. Find someone else.

From the initial request online to the last email when my case was closed every question was answered in a timely fashion. I didn’t wait until the last minute so they were able to do their due diligence in my case. They are the best.
I am the cab driver in nyc I was driving from NYC to Niagara Falls with my family, near to the Tioga county the state trooper pulled us over because the plates lamp was not working, but when he came to the car he saw my kids were not wearing seat belt and I didn’t have infant car seat. He gave me three tickets.
I found this firm on google and spoke to Miss Maggie she gave me very good hope and what ever she said they dismissed my points ticket.
My experience was very good with them and I would recommend them to everyone.
