Don't call these people when you want a free consultation, like they state they give online. You'll get hung up on by James the second you mention you don't have enough money and wanted a quick chat. Then you'll get laughed at by some random who answers the phone as you ask why you were hung up on. Great service model. Pretty clear he needs a little personality training (or a lot), considering the other reviews here as well. Only good thing about the place is the first girl I spoke to, she was genuinely nice and as helpful as she could have been in her circumstance. She's eons above the rest of the people at that place. Be wary of these reviews, there are multiple double posts. I wouldn't put it past this egotistical baby-man to cheese up a bunch of positive reviews of himself. He's quite clearly only good at helping people who endanger others by speeding excessively over the speed limit. What else would you expect a roided up ex cop to specialize in?

I had gotten a speeding ticket about 200 miles from home. Mr Riotta was able to get an 8 point ticket down to a parking infraction. I never had to show up to a court date, just signed and emailed a few documents back and forth. 10/10 would break the law again if I knew Mr Riotta was on my side :)

James and his team were very responsive during the course of my traffic ticket, and got it down to a no points parking ticket. Recommended.

Not recommended! Didn't show up for court date when he said he would. Never told us ahead of time he would have a substitute appear and she was late.. Mr. Riotto was rude, egotistical and consistently interrupted. Handed our case off quickly to others. You can easily find a better attorney who will actually get to your court date and also charge less. Why are so many of Mr. Riottos positive reviews from people whose only review ever is a glowing 5 star review of Mr. Riotto? Consider this carefully, and look how consistent the negative reviews are..

I received a traffic ticket while working out of town. I contacted Mr. Riotto's office to represent me so I wouldn't have to take time off to travel back to court. The process was very easy. Everyone I worked with at his office was professional and promptly returned my calls and emails. Although he couldn't promise positive results, that's exactly what I got! His fees are also very competitive. I highly recommend this law office!
