No communication between firm and myself except to tell me of my court date. What I spent for fee's I could have saved n done myself. No reduction n told me x amount no matter how many appearances. Told if we go again it will b another $350. That's not what I agreed to n I received no reduction.

In May 2017 I got a ticket in New York State for going slower than a speed limit on a freeway (I was going 65 and I slowed down to 60 because there was a traffic ahead of me, and then the officer pulled me over). As I work/live in San Diego, CA, I had to hire a lawyer to defend my case at the court. Although it took some time, the service I received from staff members at James L. Riotto Law Office was superb. Whenever I got anxious, I would email them and they would update me on how the case was going. At the end of it all, I received a phone call/email saying that my ticket was dismissed! I would definitely recommend James L. Riotto Law Office to any of my friends who got a traffic ticket in New York State.
