Amazing attorney! Got both of my traffic tickets dismissed! He was very professional and kept me updated the entire time. I highly recommend James Riotto.

By far the best lawyer I have ever had, was facing nine points and was accused of drinking while driving against trooper loekey. And some how Lindsey and James got all charges dropped and dismissed for me. I highly Reccommend both of them as representing you. They made my experice less stressful and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome they got me. No court fees no points all I paid for was for them to represent me and fight my case and it was worth every penny. Also they are very fair priced. If you need a lawyer Lindsey and James are who your looking for!

I am happy to write this outstanding review for Mr. James Riotto. My boyfriend and I had called his office and only gave him two days to assist us in the matter of two severe traffic violations. Mr. Riotto took the time to call us directly on a number of occasions. He exuded professionalism, eased, our concerns, answered all of questions, and kept us up to date on the court case. We were extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Mr. Riotto for any incident with the law. We can't thank Mr. Riotto enough!

I screwed up one day and testing my cars speed and racked up one crazy ticket that would have cost me my drivers license. (Plus a lot more). Thankfully they were there with good advice, very helpful representative, and a decent bill rate to get the ticket thrown out. I will definitely use again and recommend them to anyone who needs help with this sort of thing.

I was denied employment two days before my projected start date due to having too many violations on my driving record to be eligible. Desperate, I reached out to a hand full of traffic offices in the Rochester area only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Knowing my short time frame she quickly put the plan of action into place. I am very pleased with the level of service that Mr. Riotto and his staff provided. After a recent speeding ticket, I promptly contacted The Law Office of James L. Riotto and was immediately assured by Mr. Riotto that it wouldn’t be a problem for him to handle my case (even though the county was very far south). After a few short exchanges of email with Mr. Riotto in order to send him the documentation, he took this matter on and I was able to wash my hands of it. Mr. Riotto did an outstanding job of addressing a traffic incident for me. He handled the case in depth, including obtaining a video tape of the incident. Based on Mr. Riotto's evidence, which I was unable to obtain alone, the judge set the case aside. So, if you are in doubt, trust in Mr. Riotto to set the story straight! And drive cautiously. :-)

Talks a good game but does not follow threw. I paid him $200 to file paper work that he did not file. He adjourned my court date without even consulting me (due to his own personal reasons) and when the final court date came he sent some one else. I would not recommend using James for anything other than traffic tickets
