BEST ATTORNEY PRACTICE EVER. Seriously, 10/10 would recommend. They were able to DOUBLE what the insurance company was offering for my claim and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Working with Bianca was awesome, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even when it came to tax questions! Any and all calls that I made to her were either answered immediately or returned within just an hour or two. I'm so pleased that I'm going to refer my own mother to this practice to see if they can help with her workers comp case. Don't get me started on Bridget from the rochester office, what a personality. She really goes the extra mile to help her clients feel comfortable and at ease. I had a lot of fun chatting with her and probably could have stayed all day just hanging out. Lastly, Alec also did I wonderful job. I'm not sure what role he played in my case but the outcome was so great that he had to be doing something right (even if he was the one pouring the coffee, I bet it was on point) plus; like Bridgett and Bianca, he was super friendly and welcoming. I even got a sweet mug!! Thank you so much guys, you truly are assets to the firm and I wish you all long wonderful careers full of success. Ps. Bianca is fricking cute! Call me gurl 😉

I had a very unusual case and knew it was going to be a challenge. I found the William Mattar and his office a very professional and kind as I healed from my months of Doctors and tests of all shots and medications. They were wonderful and helped in my hardest days. I recommend them to anyone who is going thru a very serious accident.

Pointless waste of time

I'm glad they dropped my case and believed the company I sued because won with another attorney.....they don't believe their clients

Mr. O'Keefe and his legal assistant Megan Burns Moran were very knowledgeable, and professional, as well as kind, understanding, and patient. They guided me through an unpleasant circumstance, and made it feel much easier. Mr. Okeefe was able to get me a very fair settlement relatively quickly. I was very pleased with the whole process!!!
