Alecia was absolutely knowledgeable in every step of the Social Security Disability claim process, from application to handling the judicial hearing process, she was the person who had all her details and data ready. She is very personable in taking and returning my calls on a very timely basis and I felt that she was invaluable in getting my case approved. Alecia is a breath of fresh air when it comes to navigating the world of getting benefits you are entitled to. I heard horror stories of people being denied initials and waiting forever but her timeline was spot on. She’s obviously very well versed with the system and the time lines. I contacted the office after being denied for my disability. She clearly explained the process, walked me thru everything and explained the fees etc. Given everything is still delayed in courts with Covid and backlogs it did take awhile to get to the hearing phase. The office obtained all my medical documentation which was very lengthy and time consuming. When it came to the hearing she allowed me to come into the office to do it over the phone as I wanted. She definitely helped me win my case.

Kyle Riter went above and beyond to make the settlement process as easy as possible after my car accident. My life was pretty uprooted immediately after.
