I called to find out information about a Disability denials and I gave the woman I spoke to on the phone my information, was told I would get a email with details or next step. It’s been almost 2 weeks?🤷‍♂️ No phone call or email? sooooo maybe you’ll have better luck? fingers crossed 🤞🏽Well I do have to say after my above comments the firm did call me and answered my questions and we’re very helpful tips. So we’re going to give them a A for effort! 👍

I talked to a gentleman by the name of Jason. He literally yelled at me during our Phone conversation. I was shocked, he said I cut him off while we were talking, I was just trying to ask a question. Alecia is a personable, dedicated and hard-working attorney. My case was challenging and the first hearing was not in my favor. Alecia encouraged me to try again so we appealed the judge's ruling. I was very discouraged but she gave me hope. We appealed the first decision and this time, the judge's decision was in my favor! I guess the most important thing I can say about Alecia is that she believed in me. She kept moving forward with my case no matter what roadblocks we faced along the way. On a lighter side, Alecia is a cat lover and so am I! I couldn't help but think that was no coincidence! Alecia has many attributes. Without the help of the Stephen Anderson Segar, I know that I would not have had the successful outcomes I have had. Mr. Segar took on an extremely difficult case and encountered issues that no one expected and few had ever seen. He worked tirelessly to make sure that the truth was told and presented it perfectly. He has stood by every one of my requests and guided me through the entire lengthy process. Though we faced challenges, Mr. Segar did not falter. If I could have afforded a billboard, I’d have taken one out. Alecia upon meeting her put me at ease. The whole process of applying for SSDI on your own can be quite intimidating.
