I had the pleasure of speaking with Villanueva & Sanchala Law and am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism that I had to endure from Joe and his team. I was promised that my speeding ticket would be easily dismissed by Joe- but instead was turned away due to his assistants mistake. Instead of admitting their mistake they quickly rejected my case and refused to speak with me. I am extremely unpleased with my small time working with Villanueva & Sanchala- and I hope everyone finds a better lawyer rather than wasting their time with amateurs.

My friend and I were driving back to NJ from visiting Canada for the first time on Memorial Day Weekend and got a ticket on the way home in upstate New York for failure to yield to a cop that was pulling over another car. There were 3 lanes and we were in the middle lane and made our way to the right lane way past where the cop had pulled over the car when we got pulled over and was slapped with this expensive ticket. This highway is known to pull over cars and give people tickets such as the one we received which I learned afterwards. The ticket was $400+ plus 3 points on your license. I contacted Joseph after searching for and contacting several upstate New York lawyers and he was able to dismiss the ticket for a reasonable fee while we were away on vacation which was music to my ears! I can't recommend Joe highly enough. He was a tremendous advocate for my teenage son, who was caught traveling 102 mph on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers, where the speed limit is 55 mph. From the start, Joe was calm, reassuring, patient, and fought like hell to get my son a second chance to redeem himself. We had to go to court three times, and Joe never complained. When I tried to pay him more, he politely declined. And I was so impressed how he fought to get my son's driving license suspension lifted. He had several hurdles to conquer, and did so beautifully! My son and I will always be indebted to Joe for his amazing work. If you need someone in your corner, do yourself a favor. Get in touch with Joe.
