Resolved my speeding ticket in court on 6/10/16. I was facing 4 points and high fines, Joe Villanueva got me down to 0 points and had my fine lowered! I got a speeding ticket of 73 on a 55, which would've been 3 points translated to the Ontario traffic law. I found Mr. Villanueva's website online and decided to give a try. He called me in less than 10 minutes after I filled out the online enquiry, and sent me the forms right after the call. Then the case was completely left in his hands. A month later I received an email from his assistant saying that my case has been brought down to a parking/non-moving violation which is 0 points, and I can just pay for the ticket online. During the whole process Mr. Villanueva and his assistant have handled my case professionally and I didn't need to worry about anything. Definitely recommend!

I wish I could give Joseph and his team more than a 5 star rating!! So here's my story, I got a traffic violation some time in January, doing 71mph in a 50mph zone, got stopped by a state patrol officer and received a traffic summons, i faced a fine of over 500$ and 6 points on my license which would've made my insurance skyrocket, even if it was my first ever offense. Joseph and his team, were the first team of lawyers i made outreach to and they responded to my email and phone call in just several minutes, (seriously he answered my email in like 4 minutes!) he was so informative during our first phone call together and even made time to talk again later that week. He was always so patient with my questions, so knowledgeable and didn't lie to me about what my probable solution would be with that particular state patrol officer. Although, he was honest and said the probable cause would be reduction to 3 points, I still decided to trust in his honesty, capability, professionalism and high standard. I paid my retainer and anxiously awaited the court appearance date, (yesterday) (for which Joseph assured me i wouldn't have to show up and waste a day of calling out from work) That same afternoon I received an email from Joseph indicating he miraculously got my points reduced from 6 to ZERO POINTS and a small fine!!
