I reached out to several attorneys in the Utica area after getting a speeding ticket while traveling through NY for the holidays. Most of them refused to take my case because a roadside reduction was already given at the time of the ticket and they expected it would be a waste of time to try and fight it further, but Joseph was confident in his ability to help me out. He even gave me a discounted rate because it was a "long shot", but from everything I saw he worked just as hard to clear my name and make sure no points would go on my license. In the end he was able to get the charge reduced further and I only had to pay a small fine to the town where I received the ticket. Well worth it.
