I am just so grateful I found Mr. Villanueva 3 days before my court date. I was at risk of 6 pts and nearly $1000 in penalties between the fine, the dmv penalty and increased insurance premium. Mr. Villanueva got my ticket reduced to $168 with no points. His office was easy to work with, and they communicate well especially I was a little stressed out.

My experience was highly positive. The attorney took to the time to explain all possible outcomes including the particulars of the town court applicable to my situation. I left feeling that my options were honestly explained and that the process was a simple one. Needless to say, my outcome was excellent and I am very grateful to Joseph and his team.

The partner spent time in multiple calls and call backs explaining my options and their specific experience in that court with my specs for my traffic violation. He did not promise or over sell. Their fee was well worth the service. The uncontested ticket was going to be expensive, plus points and fines if not contested. And I didn't have to take a day off work! I'm glad I found them.

I am impressed by their service. If they didn't help then i supposed have my driving license suspended. They helped me - i didn't get any point and my license is also good.

Mr. Villaneuva has represented me and my family for a few years now. He has been able to negotiate favorable pleas on our behalf, reducing points to fines, and other similar pleas. Most recently, Mr. Villaneuva has represented me in an instance where I had been mistreated by our local police who wrongfully wrote several tickets with their intent to cause my insurance to increase, as well as add points to my otherwise clean license. This was very upsetting to me, since I have a clean record, and these two officers were clearly out to get me for an incident that was wrongfully portrayed. Mr. Villaneuva was able to wipe the charges clean upon payment of a reasonable fee to the town, and although I was not happy paying any fee, it was much better than the 5 points I was facing. I am a resident of Ohio and received a speeding ticket in New York. The ticket amounted to 4 points on my license and fine inexcess of $300. Had the most professional experience with Villanueva concerning a high-speed violation in New York, he fought it and had it reduced to a no points, non moving violation with minimal fines! The best outcome anyone could ask for! Great Work!

I had a great experience with Villanueva & Sanchala. I received a ticket for 21 mph over the limit on I-87 by a State Trooper who had gotten me on radar. The penalty could have been as much as 6 points on my license and a large fine. Joe Villanueva handled the case and I received $160 fine and zero points, and I did not have to take the time to go into court as he handled that on my behalf. I received an excellent result and would highly recommend this firm to others in a similar situation.

I was facing 6 points on top of high court fees for speeding. I picked Villanueva & Sanchala by reviews. I did have doubts that what I read could be not all accurate, but a little exaggerated. Still under impression, I gave them a call and..... THE BEST choice, I have ever made! They absolutely exceeded my expectations! They got me out with ZERO points and small parking fee.
