I got a ticket while travelling to Delaware and I contacted Joseph @ Villanueva. He took the time to answer all my questions and agreed to take my ticket to court for me. His office regularly followed up with me regarding any updates and within a month, they were able to resolve my ticket and get back to me. I had a great experience and would recommend this law firm to any one including Canadian travellers as speeding tickets received in the state of NY are reported in Ontario. The fees are very reasonable and service is excellent. Excellent job!!!!

I had gotten a traffic ticket and I had looked up Villanueva & Sanchala on the internet. I saw the reviews they had and took a chance on them representing me. They responded immediately to all my questions, and took time to go thru every avenue of what the legal system could penalize me with. They were able to get the ticket lowered to a small and simple fine. I was amazed. I highly recommend them. If I ever need legal consultation again..I will only use Villanueva & Sanchala. They are the best!

I live out of state and was ticketed for speeding more than two hundred miles from where I live. Mr. Villanueva and his firm were incredibly helpful, quick to respond, clear in their counsel, and ultimately had my case dismissed.

Very happy with my resolution, starting with a speeding summons.
We have resolved your case with a plea to VTL 1201 parking on the pavement which is a zero point violation Prior to this resolution, you were facing 4 points, significant fines, and insurance increases.
