I retained Joseph and his firm to represent me in a few twenty year old cases that no one seemed to be able to resolve. Within a month he had cleared everyhting at the exact fee I was told, which was less costly than the other firms I had inquired in, and kept me up to date through the entire process. I could not recommend his firm with more confidence.

Joseph represented me for a traffic infraction in Middletown. The charge had some truth and some fiction to it and Joseph was quite clear about what was and wasn't possible; how the court functioned and the predilections of the judge involved. It was utterly straight forward and the result was in keeping with his prediction, better than his prediction in fact; fine without points. This was an honest, straight and accurate assessment and prediction by an attorney who takes his responsibility to those virtues seriously, and I am very happy with the result.

Joseph and his staff were very easy and pleasant to work with. Everything was straight forward and upfront. No smoke in mirrors, no hidden charges, etc. I live in Miami and hired them to fight a speeding ticket I got in NY. I thought it was a little pricey at first (at least more so than in FL), but after the job they did I felt like the convenience of their service, their professionalism, and their ability to follow through was worth it. I also feel like they were way more communicative and personable than most legal teams I've encountered. Thanks for getting my ticket dismissed!

We can’t say enough good things about Joe and the office of Villanueva & Sanchala. My husband received a letter of suspension from the DMV on September 7. Without his license he would surely lose his job since he works 50 miles from where we live. We found Villanueva & Sanchala through a quick Google search and contacted Joe on September 9th. He didn’t charge us anything to review the case (another lawyer we had been in contact with wanted money up front before he would even review the case). Joseph Villanueva was able to represent me, given the tight time frame, and resolved my case with zero points violation and reduced my fines down to what would be equivalent of a parking ticket. Villanueva and Sanchala is an excellent law firm. I am thrilled and happy to state that Mr Joseph is an excellent lawyer and a great gentleman. It was truly my pleasure dealing with him. I was going on vacation to Maryland, USA with my family from Canada in April of this year. On interstate 90 I was caught exceeding the interstate speed limit of 65 miles per hour. I was clocked in 83 mph by the cop and got a speeding ticket. I approached Villanueva and Sanchala for help. Within a short time Mr Joseph resolved the case with no points with a plea to VTL 1201 which is a 0 point parking violation. Prior to this resolution, I was facing a risk of 4 points, significant fines, and insurance increases. My pay reduced to $100 only.
