I received 3 tickets in the county of Yonkers, totaling in 11 points on my record. I took these tickets to Mr. Villanueva and he got me off with 0 points! I just need to pay a fine and take a defensive driving course. This is a outstanding result, I have dealt with other lawyers before for ticket infractions and this is by far the best result I have seen. Thanks Mr Villanueva!

While taking the family on a skiing trip I was ticketed for speeding at 19 m/h over the limit. I have had a clean license for many years, and posses a CDL. I spoke with Mr. Villanueva over the phone to decide if I should retain his firm? I considered just throwing myself on the mercy of the court (glad I didn't). He gave me very realistic expectations about what he could do for me (including not needing to be present at the trial), and I retained him. We had some email correspondence (always got a prompt response), and the outcome was very very favorable!
