We needed a lawyer for a real estate closing and The Fratello firm was referred by a trusted friend, who is also an attorney, as the firm he had used for the same purpose. The sale process was lengthy, had some complicated issues pop up and many changes along the way. Throughout this process Cheryl Fratello and her paralegal Eden were consummate professionals. They were friendly, attentive and flexible which caused the complicated process to come to a simple and positive conclusion. Calls, voice mails and emails were almost always answered within a hour or two but never more than day. Even if they didn't have the answer right away they would contact me to acknowledge the question and let me know they were looking for the answer. Their rates were both fare competitive and I am a big believer "that you get what pay for" so I know I got a real bargain because they were worth twice what I paid them. I can not possibly recommend the Fratello Law Firm more than to say that I trust them completely. While loyalty and trustworthiness may be outdated things to many, they are not to me. This firm, and these professionals, worked diligently and professionally to protect me and my family and for that I am forever grateful.
