I had the pleasure of working with Brian when I was victimized by the Suffolk County TPVA. The gentleman at the initial hearing desk was very impatient and my complicated situation was sensitive. Brian is one of the most clutch lawyers out there. I was stupid and missed my whole trial date for a 80/55 speeding ticket and he saved me - not only dropping the fines for the missed trial date but even lowering the ticket to a simple parking violation. I got no points and just a fine when in reality I could've had a bench warrant out for me for missing court! Highly recommend.

My driver's license had been a mess after years of neglect including missed court dates, compounded by DMV and court closures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
