Needed a document notarized and Charles went out of his way to meet us at his office on a Federal Holiday to do us this favor. His office is gorgeous and he is such a pleasant and kind man. He truly made our experience a great one and we left thinking what a great and genuine guy he is. Do not hesitate to call/visit him and work with him. I know I will if I ever need to.
