I was in an almost 2 year support matter before hiring Ms. DePalo with no end in sight. I met with Ms. DePalo in January 2024 and the matter was settled in February 2024. Ms. Depalo was very open and honest from the minute I met her and I highly respected this about her. She will not make promised that she cannot keep. I wish I would have went with her 9years ago at the start of all this. It would have saved me so much time effort and loss of sleep. This is the worst service my daughter and I have ever experienced! She does not get back to her clients at all. Most recently lied under oath stating she had a conversation with my daughter in which she never even took the time to have. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone who has any case in family court because she is not going to do right by her clients. Attached is the email I sent a week prior to our appearance, she still did not have a conversation with my daughter, but swore under oath she did.
