I am incredibly glad that fate brought me together with Miss De Palo. Before working with her, another lawyer worked on my case. With each court hearing, with each new meeting, my affairs became worse and worse. Although many people recommend not changing lawyers halfway through, I still decided to take the risk. Which I don’t regret for a minute. Miss De Palo is a huge professional in her field. She immediately understood the essence of the process and did everything possible to save my case. Had to proofread and correct about 20 things in the document. It really was someone else’s document that they revised for us but left in the old clients information that did not pertain to us. Errors in billing also. Walked in one day and the secretary was working on the document at front desk - not the lawlyer. Charged lawlyer price.

I have used Anne-Louise on two separate occasions (2015 & 2023). Each time she handle my case with professionalism, and efficiency. She knows what she is doing and I never had to worry when representing me. She knows her craft, executes perfectly and is well respected among court personnel. She is a force to be reckoned with. In 2020, I hired Ms. DePalo to help with my mom’s estate. Despite its being the height of Covid, she managed to do everything in an expeditious fashion. I felt confident and at ease knowing she would be by my side in court during every hearing. I never once doubted her talent and in the end I was correct. She went above and beyond the call of duty.I wish all lawyers were as good as her but they are not.If you are on Staten island and want the best representation then you need the DePalo law firm. There is no substitute for experience. If you start with the best there is no reason to worry.I only wish I could give more than 5 stars. I thank her for her hard work and expertise.
