Frank Savona made the selling and closing extremely easy for me, since I was out of state during the process. He was very professional and kept me updated in a timely manner by phone, texts and email every step of the way. I would definitely recommend using him as your real estate lawyer if you want someone with experience and is quick to respond.

Frank was able to guide us through the selling process and was very accommodating during a stressful time. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and responsive, and will guide you through the whole process. He was always there to answer our questions. He helped my son buy and sell a property as well and we highly recommend him. His legal assistant Michelle was also great and very helpful in getting the closing to the finish line. Even after the closing they are both very patient in answering any questions. Thanks again Frank and Michelle for all of your help.

Quite simply, the best. I doubt any other attorney could have made our process as simple and effortless as Frank made it for us. He always made himself available and was incredibly responsive (answered my emails within 5-10 minutes). The kindest guy, and never rushed me whenever I had questions, rather, he'd hold me on the phone to make sure we were on the same page. In my opinion, he doesn't charge enough for the work and care he puts into all of his client cases. Will definitely be back soon!

I thought Frank was easy to talk to and always made himself available or got back to me quickly. He stayed on top of everything going on with my co-op purchase, each step of the way. In person he has a warm energy, is very friendly and again easy to talk to. Despite my naivete in these matter, I never felt \'talked down to,\' and he explained everything with patience. I very much enjoyed having Frank on my team and highly recommend Frank.

I closed on my house, and Frank did everything smooth and perfect. I had full confidence in Frank in handling a closing. When it was finished, there was not one problem during and after the closing. And his paralegal Michelle was wonderful! She was on top of everything, with being an expert communicator. I HIGHLY recommend him!
