Frank was awesome!!! He is very knowledgeable, his communication is on point he answers you within seconds even on his off days!!! The best real estate lawyer ever!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommended!!!!!

If I can give this incompetent attorney, 0 stars, I would. He represented the seller in my client's transaction who was the buyer. He made so many errors in the contract, and deposited escrow check 2 months after going into contract. My client lost a lot of time and money as he had to rent a place because his lease was up. Very irresponsible. If you find out this attorney is anyway involved in any of your transactions, I say, its not meant to be- not worth it.

Frank is the most expedient and effective attorney I have experienced. He is prompt with his reviews and very responsive. Able to answer questions quickly; manage changing circumstances in the negotiation process. I like that I can trust to have a champion in him to represent my position, provide me with the appropriate advise and negotiate/break contractual impasses attorney-to-attorney. He is very patient. The bit that makes me smile is that no matter how many closings we do (we did 3 in 2021, within tight timeframes) Frank will still do a thorough review and walk me through it as well; making sure nothing is missed and I'm fully satisfied. No cutting corners, thorough but yet expedient.

Just had my closing last week and Frank made the entire process very easy. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and responsive, and will guide you through the whole process. He will patiently explain all of the intricacies throughout the stressful home selling and buying experience. This is my second time using Frank (once as a buyer and once as a seller) and I would use him again in a heartbeat. His legal assistant Michelle was also great and very helpful in getting the closing to the finish line.
