Frank was great. We successfully purchased our home with him. He was very responsive to our questions, which we had a lot of as it was our first home. He always communicated directly as opposed to through an assistant and was willing to go the extra mile to confirm things because we had some title related issues we had to iron out. He kept us in the loop always and never gave us any pressure and even took time to meet with us personally to go through the home buying process. In general, he was always helpful, friendly, and professional. I'd definitely recommend him and will certainly work with him again.
