My husband and I could not be happier with the services provided by John Merlino was recommended to us by another lawyer who did not practice in NJ where we were buying a house. John took time to answer our questions (many emails) and made the process very smooth. It was the easiest and most pleasant part of the entire house sale/purchase undertaking. It was not only his incredible expertise in representing us but the customer service aspect of the firm is amazing! We plan to use them for estate planning which is our next venture. We highly recommend them!

Excellent service for all your legal needs

When having an opportunity to purchase property in Staten Island we needed a law firm to assist us. We were beyond blessed to find Merlino & Gonzalez John Merlino and his staff were incredible to work with It was not an easy process working with the former homeowners but we were kept informed every step of the way Our concerns were always addressed in a timely fashion The firm could not have been more accessible and, therefore, made the process more bearable. We could use the words professional, supportive, easy to deal with, but there are not enough accolades to attribute to this firm We would highly recommend them. And when needed, we will not hesitate to use them again!
