My wife and I worked with Ken and his team are were very satisfied. So much so, that when my mom moved, we brought her to Ken as well. The staff was excellent and offered a great deal of hand holding for all of us. The help and support were greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend their services.

You have other choices on Staten Island, so exercise that choice. Their attitude is nonchalant, the office is run very sloppily, and overall, if you don't check their work, you're guaranteed a screw-up from them. Accuracy and promptness aren't their strong suits.

John and his team precisely and efficiently closed on the house that we sold, and closed on the house that we purchased. John and his team always had our backs, and kept a cool and professional tone throughout the whole process. This is the second home that John and his team have helped us to purchase.
