I recommend highly. John Merlino is a smart and decent man coupled with a thorough smart and a efficient well intended staff. Getting out of a few real-estate positions and have used John Merlino before and just cant think of anything much more that could have been better within his and staffs control. The process was well done.

Kenneth was referred to me by my real estate agent. Ken made the entire process of selling my home stress free. He did all the necessary research and made some specific recommendations that I needed to address. By following his advice and taking care of issues that he pointed out, the closing took place without any delays. Ken was pleasure to work with, he always answered my questions very clearly and patiently. He always returned my calls promptly. I never felt rushed when talking to Ken. When I couldn’t be at the closing due to a scheduling conflict, Ken was able to take care of the closing in my absentia with no hiccups.
