A family member of mine was a former unsatisfied client of John Merlino. Initially, he seemed like a very conscientious attorney, who’s interest were aligned with the client, but towards the ending of the sale his practices became un orthodox. Not only were the documents sent over later than anticipated, his attitude and unwillingness were very off putting. My experience with John Merlino was terrible. Make sure to read all the documents he sends you before contracting him (including all fee’s he charges you). He is classless and very unprofessional. Beware!

My Husband and I had the opportunity for Merlino & Gonzalez to represent us for the sale and purchase of our homes. From day one the staff were amazing ,professional and courteous. Ken and John are very down to earth and amazing People to work with. They were available when ever I called even it was a Sunday. I cant thank them enough for the great and smooth transition. Their office staff has always been and continues to be polite, courteous and prompt in returning calls and/or e-mails. Could not have asked for better representation; I made the right choice for my purchase of a New Jersey property. Calls taken immediately and I always felt informed. Documents provided timely; it almost seemed too easy.

Ken was great from day one of our relationship.
Our condo selling, went without any hitches. We were kept informed of all procedures promptly.
Mellisa was extremely helpful with all of the steps, as well as Stephanie with communication. We would recommend Merlino, and Gonzalez to anyone looking to buy, or sell, property. Absolutely no problems with them!!!

From the start, Merlino & Gonzalez's team was very professional and caring. As first time homebuyers, I had hundreds of questions and Michele and Stephanie always answered promptly.
